Azov Cable Company LLC specializes in the production of cable products for the demand applications, such as shipbuilding, offshore projects, including offshore drilling platforms, nuclear power plants, metro stations , metallurgical, machine building enterprises, ports, mines, enterprises of aerospace industry and railway industry, etc.
The production equipment of AKK LLC allows to produce about 11000 km of cable products in a wide range of cross-sections, in rubber and plastic construction and approximately 800 tons of insulating and sheathing rubber compounds per year. The company produces its own rubber mixtures which are resistant to high temperatures, drilling fluids and which are non-combustible, halogen-free, frost-resistant, etc.
The availability of unique technology and equipment allows to carry out radiation modification of thermoplastic polymeric insulation materials and cable sheaths. Thus there is a so-called "cross-linking" of the material, which allows to increase the conductor operating temperature up to 85-90 ° C, which makes it possible to use the cable with copper conductors of smaller cross sections and thus to reduce the weight and dimensional parameters of cable routes.
Azov Cable Company in close cooperation with R&D Institute of the cable industry "UkrNIIKP" is constantly working on development of new types of products.
The company management system has been certified by DNV GL on compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standard, environmental management system complies with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 standard.
Marine cables have type approval certificate of Maritime Register of Shipping, DNV GL, ABS.
