NIBULON is a multi-faceted company. It produces and exports agricultural products, constructs elevator complexes and transshipment terminals, transports cargo and passengers by water and builds vessels.

Since 2012, the company has been reconstructing its NIBULON shipbuilding and repair yard. As part of the reconstruction, the shipyard’s machinery and cranes have been renewed and the working conditions have been improved to the European standard. From 2017 to 2019, it put into operation two new workshops (a metal processing workshop and an assembly and fabrication workshop with modern equipment from the world’s leading manufacturers) and two warehouses (an insulation equipment warehouse and a paints and varnishes warehouse). It built additional launching ways at the shipyard to enable the launching and maintenance of vessels up to 140-m long. This will enable NIBULON soon to expand its fleet from its current level of 75 units up to 100 units.

During the 2018/19 marketing year, NIBULON’s shipping company transported more than 3.5 million tons of various cargoes by inland waterways. Soon, it plans to increase this volume to 4 million tons. NIBULON has been successfully developing passenger transport in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions for three years. The range of services includes passenger trips to the Kinburn Spit.

NIBULON successfully works with many leading financial institutions, such as the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the International Finance Corporation.
