Our goal is to make your participation in the exhibition as efficient as possible.
This program will let us to organize for you the most important and necessary meetings with potential clients during the work of Internatıonal Black Sea Tranport Forum
Our part:
- We are ready to arrange for you a meeting with your potential clients on the territory of the exhibition center during the fair;
- We make sure that your client comes exactly to you the moment he/she enters the exhibition center - the organizer will meet him/her and lead to your stand.
- We want to warn that our company, as the organizer, is not responsible for the third person refusal to attend the meeting.
Your part:
- Provide your exhibition manager with a base of "cold" customers, which in the future may become potential for you. In the absence of such a database, describe the portrait of your potential client in a letter to our manager. The deadline for submission of the database is August 1, 2017 (up to 15)
- Your e-mail will receive a list of companies that have confirmed their participation in the program.
- Do an appointment with your potential partner (bayer).
